Coleslaw Product is Recalled: Dole Fresh Vegetables of Salinas, Calif., said it began a voluntary recall of its Dole Coleslaw Mix last weekend after tests showed samples contained Listeria bacteria that in certain people can cause Listeriosis. Consumers in the United States and Canada are asked to return the product, a shredded cabbage and carrot mixture, to the grocery store or destroy it.
