Loyola 55, Palmdale 27--Running backs Jerome Porter and Eric Rogers combined for 358 yards rushing and four touchdowns as the Cubs romped in a Division I game.
Porter carried 23 times for 196 yards and three touchdowns, and Rogers added 162 yards and one score in 17 carries. Cub quarterback Clelio Boccato contributed a one-yard scoring run and completed all three of his pass attempts for 99 yards, including a three-yard touchdown to tight end Tom Lieb.
