FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS : Southern Section

Bell Gardens 13, Agoura 7 (OT)--A blocked 22-yard field goal attempt set up quarterback Ricky Oropeza’s winning touchdown in an overtime victory over visiting Agoura in the first round of the Division III playoffs.

Oropeza carried three yards for the winning touchdown on the Lancers’ first possession of the extra period. Bell Garden’s Arthur Zaniewski set up Oropeza’s run when he blocked Cameron Knox’s 22-yard field goal attempt.
