Meeting on Laguna Beach Football’s Fate Set

Share

Pacific Coast League principals have scheduled a Dec. 2 meeting to determine if Laguna Beach High’s football program can leave the league.

Laguna Beach officials inquired about leaving the league to play a free-lance schedule at a principals’ meeting last week, showing concern over the program’s lack of competitiveness in the league.

The Artists are 0-15 in league the past three seasons and were outscored, 226-51, in five league games this past season.
