Former Nebraska football player Scott Baldwin must be transferred to a state mental hospital and supervised whenever he goes outdoors, a judge ruled.
Baldwin, 23, has been treated at two Omaha hospitals for mental problems. He was paralyzed from the chest down in September, when he was shot during a scuffle with Omaha police.
