Hollywood celebrities will join the Cookie Monster and local high school bands in the ninth annual Granada Hills Holiday Parade Saturday.

Guests include Nicole Dubuc and Chelsea Hertford from the television sitcom “Major Dad” and Alfonso Ribiero and Tatyana M. Ali of the comedy series “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” said Kathy Krol, manager of the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce.

Floats, drill teams, antique cars and about a dozen marching bands from local high schools and colleges are also scheduled to parade through the streets of Granada Hills.

Santa Claus is scheduled to arrive about 5 p.m. to light the San Fernando Valley’s largest living Christmas tree, Krol said.

The parade is sponsored by the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce, Granada Hills Community Hospital, Greater Valley Medical Group, Anheuser-Busch Co. and GTE, Krol said.
