Motorcycle Driver Dies After Accident
A 21-year-old Orange man was fatally hurt when thrown from his motorcycle as it struck a curb, police said Thursday.
Francisco Delgadillo Sanchez apparently lost control while driving with his 16-year-old brother. He was headed south on Hewes Street when the accident occurred just north of Blue Jay Avenue at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday, Sgt. Mike Pollok said.
Sanchez’s brother, who was not identified, suffered minor injuries. Sanchez died after being taken to Western Medical Center-Santa Ana. Both Sanchez and his brother were wearing helmets.
Police were continuing to investigate the accident, Pollok said.
