Slow Down on Sierra Highway
I have a suggestion for participants in the highway speedway carnage (“CHP Applies Brakes to Sierra Highway,” Times Valley Edition, Nov. 30), including the misguided attorney who thinks faster is safer:
Leave five minutes early.
