Judges from the Indiana Court of Appeals should ignore letters from two jurors in the Mike Tyson rape case who say the fighter should be given a new trial, a legal specialist says.
“That is totally inappropriate,” said Henry C. Karlson, Indiana University law professor. “Their testimony is not admissible. The judges shouldn’t even read it. It has no legal impact whatsoever.”
