The latest twist in the beleaguered Orange Unified School board’s controversies: Trustee Barry Resnick says he will refuse to vote yes on any financial issues, no matter how essential. . . . Resnick says he’s concerned about the district’s finances: “I just can’t support any disbursement of money till I feel comfortable.” Resnick is the only one of the seven board members who was not the target of a recent failed recall effort.
