GARDEN GROVE : 2 Teens Held After Woman Is Robbed
Police arrested two teen-agers Sunday for allegedly robbing an elderly woman and knocking her down, causing her to break her arm.
Police said the woman was in the area of a retirement home at 13881 Dawson St. about 11:30 a.m. when the two boys grabbed her purse and pushed her down. Witnesses saw the incident and called police, who then arrested two teen-agers who fit the description. They were later identified by the victim, a police spokesman said.
The teen-agers, who were not identified because of their ages, were being held on suspicion of robbery.
