Two Views of ‘Fly Away’

Let a fat hippo from “Fantasia” dance on the grave of “I’ll Fly Away.”

I was shocked by the Jan. 6 article “ ‘Fly Away’ Flies Away,” praising this overly melodramatic trash. “Fly Away” tries to make up for weak characters and even weaker plots by wearing old racial issues on its sleeve. Let this show fly away.
