LEGAL BILLING: Groups who oppose the proposed San Joaquin Hills toll road in Laguna Canyon are holding a fund-raiser today to help pay for legal battles to block construction. It’s a 2 p.m. performance of Sam Shepard’s avant-garde comedy “True West” at the Moulton Theatre--at $25 per ticket. . . .
