Two small earthquakes shook southwestern San Bernardino County, but no injuries or damage were reported. Both temblors were aftershocks to the June 28 Landers-Big Bear quakes, authorities said. The first quake, measured at magnitude 3.1, struck at 5:56 a.m., said Will Houston, a spokesman for Caltech in Pasadena. It was centered nine miles north of Fontana. The second jolt hit three miles west of Redlands at 9:56 a.m. and measured 2.7, Houston said.
