Bogus Spaldings Miss the Mark

CHICOPEE, Mass. —
Challenge Golf, a North Carolina company that also operates under the name Aqua Shag, has agreed to stop using the Spalding Sports Worldwide trademark.
The North Carolina company allegedly was stamping the Spalding trademark on used balls retrieved from golf course lakes.
