Arnold as Arnold: Tom Arnold will guest star on ABC’s “Civil Wars” on Feb. 16, following that night’s episode of Arnold’s “Jackie Thomas Show.” Arnold won’t portray the nasty Jackie Thomas character on “Civil Wars,” but he will be himself, Roseanne Arnold’s husband, intent on making a TV movie out of a trial in which “Wars” attorney Eli Levinson (Alan Rosenberg) is involved. . . .Speaking of guest stars, Jerry Lewis will show up on NBC’s “Mad About You” Feb. 20. Rarely seen on episodic TV, his last stint was several segments of CBS’ “Wiseguy” a few seasons ago. On “Mad,” Lewis plays an eccentric billionaire who hires Paul Reiser’s filmmaker character to make a documentary of his life. Stand-up comedian Steven Wright also is on the show that night.
