Edwin Rosario, former three-time world boxing champion, will take tests to determine whether he should continue boxing, the head of Puerto Rico’s boxing commission said. A sluggish Rosario was stopped on Jan. 29 by Frankie Randall in a welterweight bout, his second consecutive loss.
