Six NFL Hall of Famers, including the Raiders’ Art Shell and former Ram Deacon Jones, were among those selected to the Black College Football 100th-Year All-Time Team. The 22-member team was selected by a panel of media and coaches and will be honored during the Sheridan Broadcasting Network’s Black College All-American Celebration Feb. 19-21 in Baltimore.
