Van Nuys promoter Dan Goossen and San Diego manager Joe Sayatovich said they will file suit against New Jersey promoter Dan Duva, claiming Duva has refused to pay junior-middleweight champion Terry Norris $200,000 they say Norris is owed.

Norris, who fights Maurice Blocker in a pay-per-view show Saturday night from Azteca Stadium in Mexico City, is owed the $200,000--according to Goossen--because Duva agreed to that sum as a buyout option in contracts signed last year.

Duva denies owing the money.
