10 Named to Wooden Team
Ten players have been name to the John R. Wooden All-American team.
From that list, announced Tuesday by the Los Angeles Athletic Club, the player of the year will be named April 7.
Selected were Bobby Hurley and Grant Hill of Duke, Jamal Mashburn of Kentucky, Chris Webber of Michigan, Calbert Cheaney of Indiana, Eric Montross of North Carolina, Terry Dehere of Seton Hall, Anfernee Hardaway of Memphis State, Billy McCaffrey of Vanderbilt and Glenn Robinson of Purdue.
Cheaney on Tuesday was named the winner of the Eastman Award.
