Sis-Boom-Bah: A judge has refused to stop Home Box Office from showing “The Positively True Adventures of the Alleged Texas Cheerleader-Murdering Mom” tonight as scheduled. The movie farce stars Holly Hunter as Channelview, Texas’ Wanda Holloway. Holloway’s former brother-in-law, Terry Harper, and his wife, Marla, filed a lawsuit Thursday, saying the movie invades their privacy and is being aired without their consent. But Texas District Judge Scott Brister denied the request. HBO had approached Terry Harper to acquire the rights to his story, but he refused.
