Pete Weber became the fourth bowler to win Professional Bowlers Assn. titles in 10 consecutive years when he won the IOF Foresters Bowling for Miracles Open at Markham, Canada.
The top-seeded Weber defeated Bob Vespi of Coral Springs, Fla., 206-203, in the title match for his 20th career victory.
