Warner Bros. named Lynn Smith to the newly created post of vice president of worldwide promotions.
Smith was formerly director of national promotions for the Burbank-based entertainment concern. In her new role, Smith will develop and supervise national Warner Bros. movie promotions and coordinate its music marketing effort, the company said.
Smith joined Warner Bros. in 1988 after leaving the Walt Disney Co. in Burbank, where she was national promotions manager.
