The Orange County Bar Assn. is celebrating its annual Law Week with an array of activities designed to bring the public face to face with the law and various legal issues.
Today’s event is “Youth in the Law.” Selected high school students from the county are matched with judges, public defenders and prosecutors for one-on-one question-and-answer sessions. The sessions are held at all courthouses in the county from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
Friday evening, residents are invited to phone in questions they have regarding any legal issue. Calls to Bar association members are free from 6 to 9 p.m. by calling (714) 541-6222.
Activities continue through May 7. For more information on times and locations of activities, call Trudy Levindosske at (714) 541-6222.
