The Rams signed restricted free agent Bill Hawkins to a contract Tuesday, leaving the team with 13 unsigned veterans.
Hawkins started seven games at defensive end last season before going on injured reserve with a knee injury.
The Rams will conduct a mini-camp for veteran players beginning Monday. The following Friday, the team’s recent draft selections and rookie free agents will join the veterans for three days of workouts at Rams Park.
