Defensive end Tim Harris of the Philadelphia Eagles, arrested last week on a drunk-driving charge, had a blood-alcohol level of .10%, the California Highway Patrol said.
Harris, who has a hearing May 27, faces possible NFL suspension if convicted because it would be his second offense in 19 months.
