Moving Again: The Grammy Awards ceremony is apparently returning to New York's Radio City Music Hall for the third time in four years after being held this year at Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium. An official announcement about the 1994 music industry gala is scheduled to be made this morning at a press conference featuring National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences President Michael Greene and New York Mayor David Dinkins. The choice of the 6,000-seat site means that a longstanding proposal to move the CBS telecast event to a larger venue such as Madison Square Garden has been scuttled again.
