5.3 Quake Rattles Hawaii

HONOLULU —
A moderate earthquake rumbled through the Hawaiian Islands early Tuesday, authorities said, but no damage or injuries were reported. U.S. Geological Survey officials in Reston, Va., said the quake, with a magnitude of 5.3, was centered on the Big Island of Hawaii, 25 miles southwest of Hilo.
