Man Arrested on Prowling Charge
A Thousand Oaks man was arrested as he peered through the bedroom window of a Thousand Oaks home, Ventura County sheriff’s deputies said.
Police answered neighbors’ reports of a prowler about 9:35 p.m. Thursday and found Clifford Lee Chun, 40, looking into the back window of a home in the 500 block of West Avenida De Las Flores, according to a report by Sgt. Keith Parks.
Parks’ report said Chun was charged with one count of prowling and booked at the Ventura County Jail on $500 bail.
