The Philadelphia Eagles signed Mark Duper to a one-year contract. Terms were not disclosed.
Duper, 34, who ranks 17th all-time in receiving yards with 8,869, steps in while Philadelphia still has not signed Pro Bowl receiver Fred Barnett.
Duper was waived after 11 seasons with the Dolphins. The Bengals picked him up but released him Monday.

Quarterback Steve Young, recovering from a fractured thumb on his passing hand, will try to prove the San Francisco 49ers’ doctors wrong.
Young, who was injured in the team’s first exhibition, said he still hopes to play in San Francisco’s regular-season opener even though the club’s medical staff doubts the injury will heal in time.
“I can move it now,” Young said, showing off the thumb without its splint. “It was a great thing when the doctor saw it. He thought it was way ahead, so I’m excited. I’m going to play in Pittsburgh, no doubt.”
The 49ers open against the Steelers on Sept. 5.
