Center in Huntington Gets $60,000

Share

Another $60,000 was raised for the Huntington Beach Art Center from the five-day GTE The Everything Pages Classic, an equestrian event held last week. The funds--roughly $10,000 more than was raised through the same event last year--will be used to convert a downtown Huntington Beach building into the art center. Renovation of the building began in July, and the center is expected to open in February.
