Man Fatally Shot at Pasadena ATM

A 37-year-old man was shot and killed Friday night after withdrawing money from an automated teller machine in Pasadena. He was identified Saturday by police as Douglas Lane of Pasadena, a construction contractor.
Lane had withdrawn an unspecified amount of money from the First Interstate Bank on Colorado Boulevard, near Sierra Madre Boulevard, at 9:45 p.m. when he was robbed at gunpoint by a suspect described only as a young man, said Pasadena police Lt. Gene Gray.
