AND ONE MORE THING: It may not be quite to ‘70s music what the “American Graffiti” soundtrack album was to ‘50s tunes, but the soundtrack for “Dazed and Confused,” the high-school comedy coming Sept. 24 from director Richard Linklater (who did “Slackers”) should stir a few memories. Set in 1976, the film (and album) includes such essentials as Deep Purple’s “Highway Star,” Rick Derringer’s “Rock ‘n’ Roll Hoochie Koo,” the Sweet’s “Fox on the Run” and Ted Nugent’s “Stranglehold.” But nothing’s likely to stir more memories--if hazy ones--than the album’s promotional slogan: “Music that will give you the munchies.”
