David S. Kellerman has been appointed president and general manager of Century 21 of the Pacific Inc. in La Palma, one of the seven divisions of Century 21 Real Estate Corp. Kellerman, who joined the company in 1985, was senior regional director of the Los Angeles/South Bay region before his new appointment.
