Esperanza’s Wehner Commits to Santa Clara

ANAHEIM — Kari Wehner, a setter for Esperanza High, has made an oral commitment to play volleyball for Santa Clara, Esperanza Coach Kurt Kersten said Thursday.
Wehner, a four-year starter and three-time All-Empire League selection, chose Santa Clara over Fresno State and Northern Arizona.
