Monterey County’s Holiday Bounty
Discounts on a variety of accommodations--including the romantic Ventana Inn at Big Sur--plus 2-for-1 entrees at local restaurants and a variety of special entertainment and shopping deals are included in this year’s “Holiday Bounty From Monterey County” program.
Local hotels, motels and B&Bs;, restaurants, retailers, wineries, galleries and golf courses, among others, are participating in the program, which is scheduled from Dec. 1 through Jan. 31 and is sponsored by the Monterey County Hospitality Assn. and American Express.
Visitors who spend at least one night in a “Holiday Bounty” hotel, motel or B&B; will receive a package of gift certificates from participating members of the association. To get the package, all charge purchases must be made with the American Express card.
