SANTA ANA : Ride-Share Group’s 1st Meeting Is Today
Created to find ways to decrease traffic problems and air pollution, the Transportation Partnership will hold its first meeting this morning.
The group, composed of business and city officials, will host a forum to exchange information to develop effective ride-share programs. The meeting is open to employee transportation coordinators for companies within the city that have more than 100 employees, said Melanie McCann, assistant city planner.
The meeting will take place at Nordstrom, MainPlace/Santa Ana mall, 2820 N. Main St. It runs from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. and includes remarks by City Councilman Miguel A. Pulido Jr.
