Service Set for Retired Executive John Bowles

A memorial service for John Bowles, retired president of Rexall Drug Co. International and a promoter of Los Angeles’ historic Olvera Street, will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Westwood United Methodist Church, 10497 Wilshire Blvd., Westwood. Bowles, who died Oct. 20 in Santa Ynez Valley Hospital, was a lay leader of the Westwood church.
