Renaissance Golf Products Inc. Seeks to Raise $8.8 Million With Stock Sale

Renaissance Golf Products Inc., maker of golfing equipment and accessories carrying the label of Italy’s Fila Sport, said Monday that it hopes to raise $8.8 million by selling stock to the public.

The company, based in Huntington Beach, said it has won regulatory approval to offer 1.4 million units, each consisting of one share of common stock and one redeemable stock purchase warrant. The company did not say when the stock sale will begin.

The units will be offered for $5.50 apiece. The company granted a 45-day option to purchase another 210,000 units to underwriters Toluca Pacific Securities Corp., Sovereign Equities Management Corp. and World Securities Corp.
