BREA : Police Identify Body Found in Dumpster

A body of a woman found Sunday in a dumpster was identified Wednesday as Pamela Joy Shiba, 48. She had been strangled, police said.
Shiba’s last known address was in Buena Park, but she has not been there since June, Investigator Clyde Wason said.
Detectives do not know how long Shiba had been dead when found about 9 p.m. Sunday at 601 W. Lambert Road by a woman who had been looking through dumpsters for bits of carpet.
