Countywide : Bridge Work to Shut Down Imperial Span
Imperial Highway will be closed from Yorba Linda Boulevard to Lakeview Avenue between 11 p.m. Thursday and 5 a.m. Friday.
The closure will allow construction crews to begin work on widening the Lakeview Avenue bridge. The city is expanding the bridge from one to two lanes in each direction.
California Department of Transportation and city officials said motorists traveling south on Imperial Highway will be detoured to eastbound Yorba Linda Boulevard, then to southbound Kellogg Drive and back onto the highway.
Northbound motorists will exit onto northbound Kellogg Drive and then go west on Yorba Linda Boulevard before re-entering the highway.
