Century 71, Loara 46--Century’s press defense helped hold Loara to four points in the second quarter as the host Centurions opened a 42-18 lead at the half. Ike Harmon had 16 points and six rebounds and his brother Thomas added 11 points and 10 rebounds for Century (14-2), the ninth-ranked team in Orange County.

Estancia 69, San Clemente 61--Clay Frenz scored 20 points and Zak Richardson added 15 points for Estancia (9-6), which clinched the victory by making 14 of 19 free throws in the fourth quarter. The Eagles made 17 of 24 free throws.

St. Margaret’s 74, La Jolla Country Day 61--Damian Raibon scored 25 points and had 12 rebounds for visiting St. Margaret’s.

Sunny Hills 65, Costa Mesa 59--Sean Granillo scored 16 points to lead host Sunny Hills (6-9).

Esperanza 59, La Mirada 46--Josh Greer had 19 points to lead host Esperanza (10-5).

Orange 58, Troy 46--Gil Gonzales scored 20 points for eighth-ranked Orange (12-2). Gonzales, who led the county in three-pointers last year, made six Tuesday.

La Habra 83, Hacienda Heights Los Altos 68--After trailing 41-33 at the half, host La Habra went on a 15-1 run in the first three minutes of the third quarter. The Highlanders (11-5) led, 66-52, after three quarters. Justin Marshall scored 21 points and Andrija Kristich had 12 points and 16 rebounds for La Habra.

Laguna Hills 66, Mission Viejo 59--Jesse McDonald had 20 points, nine rebounds and three blocked shots for Laguna Hills (5-8). Ty Kalklosch scored 20 points for Mission Viejo (6-7).

Matt Denny of Mission Viejo and Brian Morgan of Laguna Hills were ejected for fighting.

El Toro 68, Foothill 56--Jim Lewis had 19 points and 11 rebounds for El Toro (8-7).

Fullerton 61, Katella 57--Jason Ruckman scored 19 points and Sam Mankiewicz added 10 points and nine rebounds for host Fullerton (9-7). Mike Pahl scored 25 points and Nick Roditis added 18, but was only two of 13 from three-point range, for Katella.

Liberty Christian 79, Glendale Adventist 69 (2 OT)--Bryan Avery, who finished with 18 points and 10 assists, made eight of 10 free throws in the second overtime for Liberty Christian (2-8).
