President Clinton and other NATO leaders invited their former Warsaw Pact rivals to become limited partners in the Western military alliance.

8 a.m.: Clinton meets American businesspeople in Brussels.

9 a.m.: NATO resumes second day of summit.

10:30 a.m.: Summit ends. News conference with Clinton and other leaders.

11:45 a.m.: Clinton meets with European Union officials.

4:30 p.m.: Clinton arrives in Prague; later meets with Czech officials.

Looking Ahead

Wednesday: Meetings with leaders of Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic; Clinton leaves for Moscow.

Thursday: Private dinner with Russian President Boris N. Yeltsin.
