Free Workshops on Quake Loan Applications Planned

The Valley Economic Development Center said it would hold a series of free workshops to help local businesses in the process of applying for earthquake disaster loans from the Small Business Administration.
The workshops are co-sponsored with the North Los Angeles Small Business Development Center, the Pacoima Business Assistance Center and local chambers of commerce. They will begin Wednesday, and will be held at various locations in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita valleys, South-Central Los Angeles and Santa Monica.
