For the fourth quarter, earnings totaled $364,000, or 20 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $199,000, or 11 cents a share, for the 1992 fourth quarter. Total assets as of Dec. 31 were down slightly, to $205.5 million from $206.2 million.
