Police are looking for a gunman who fatally shot a Glendale man and wounded two others as they were watching a soccer game in a North Hollywood park over the weekend.

Alejandro Garzon, 36, of Glendale was taken to North Hollywood Medical Center where he died less than an hour after Sunday’s 4:20 p.m. shooting near Tujunga Avenue and Magnolia Boulevard, said Los Angeles Police Lt. Ron LaRue of the North Hollywood station’s homicide division.

LaRue said Garzon was shot once in the chest as he sat watching a soccer match.

Two other men believed to be Garzon’s friends, both of Los Angeles, were treated for minor gunshot wounds at an undisclosed hospital, said LaRue. Authorities declined to name the two men.

“We don’t have a motive and we don’t have any suspects,” LaRue said.
