Jensen Publications in Huntington Beach recently introduced the book, which is designed to offer foreclosure solutions to Californians who want to save their homes.

The 450-page book provides homeowners with techniques for how to negotiate a better deal with their lender, how to lower interest rates and principal and how to sell their homes.

Jensen, with more than 20 years’ experience in real estate, spent four years researching the book. He even guarantees that anyone who reads the eight options contained in the book and follows the simple action plan will be able to find a solution to foreclosure.
