Avocado Commission Gets Two New Vice Presidents

Paul Larson, national merchandising director of the California Avocado Commission, has been appointed a vice president of the Santa Ana organization. Larson joined the commission in 1991 from Del Monte Foods, where he was Western regional sales manager for food service and retail. In addition, Thomas Bellamore has joined the commission as vice president. He will work with the legal counsels in Sacramento and Washington, oversee the international sales program, and be responsible for the crop statistics program. Bellamore was formerly international marketing director of the USA Pea and Lentil Council of Moscow, Ida.
