Devil His Due, a 5-year-old, was second in the Oaklawn Handicap his last time out and opened the year with a victory in the Broward Handicap. He has been worse than fourth only twice in his last 10 races, and has amassed career earnings of almost $3 million.

Devil His Due, to be ridden by Wigberto Ramos, drew the No. 5 post. Greatsilverfleet and As Indicated, expected to be the early pace setters, drew one and three, respectively. Valley Crossing got two, Gavel Gate four, and Pistols And Roses will be on the outside.
