Cracks in the System
* It absolutely amazes me that the Anaheim City Council can justify $200 million to $300 million to enhance the area surrounding Disneyland, while using black asphalt to repair sidewalk cracks in west Anaheim!
I guess the old axiom, “It’s not what you know, but who you know,” still prevails.
